Dear Alabama Chapter CMAA,
Christmas has come and gone as we turn the page to an extraordinary 2015! Our Education and Social calendar is taking shape as we look forward to talented speakers taking on the latest and most relevant of industry topics. First up, please mark your calendars for Sunday, February 8 and Monday, February 9 at beautiful Vestavia Country Club in Birmingham.
We are honored to have Michael Corcoran as our key presenter for both days. Since 1994, Michael has been leading teams of people and their organizations to create Alignment & Engagement in the areas of leadership/management, customer service and sales to consistently meet and exceed their goals and expectations as the owner of Corcoran Consulting Inc.
Creating highly interactive and thought provoking environments, Michael challenges and inspires people to uncover not only the day-to-day activities required to set them and their teams apart, but the Mind-Set, Attitude and Philosophy required to consistently carry them out on an ongoing basis.
Currently a Colorado resident, Michael is a 1979 graduate of Illinois State University, and for 15 years led sales and service teams in various corporate roles to become leaders in their respective fields. Over the past 5 years, he has worked extensively with teams and stadiums in the NFL and Major League Baseball, as well as top country clubs including: BIGHORN, Castle Pines, Cherry Hills, Cog Hill, Medinah, Sanctuary, and 10 CMAA Chapters around the country.
Michael has made presentations at the CMAA International Conference, the CMAA Mid-Manager’s Conference, Major League Baseball’s Year End Operations Meeting, and numerous Corporate and Association Meetings in 15 countries worldwide. The following is an overview of the two day session:
